With extensive experience in large-scale local and cross-border M&A transactions – as well as corporate, commercial, and privatisation matters – Luca’s legal expertise is widely recognised within the industry.
Luca holds a Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta (2007) and a Master’s in International Business Law from University College London (2008). He completed a six-month in-service training at the European Commission Cabinet and was called to the Bar in Malta in 2009.
