Luca Peron, lawyer since 1998, has gained experience in the fields of labour law, trade union law, social security law and business contracts, providing legal consultancy for leading companies, both domestic and multinational, operating in the manufacturing, trade, logistics, credit and insurance sectors, both in extraordinary reorganisation and restructuring operations (staff reduction, M&A, transfer of business or branches) and in the management of day-to-day issues pertaining to the above-mentioned fields.

Luca Peron also regularly provides legal assistance to the companies, executives and directors before all Courts, including higher ones, in all disputes related to the employment relationships, as well as agency contracts and self-employment relationships in general.

Alumnus of the State University of Milan, Luca Peron is the author of articles and notes for specialised magazines and newspapers of labour law. He is a regular contributor to the scientific publications of Trifirò & Partners, T&P news and annual Highlights, dedicated to specific topics of labour, corporate, banking and insurance law and participates as a speaker at conferences, seminars, webinars on labour law issues.
