Luca advises borrowers and lenders on a wide range of banking and financing transactions with a focus on leveraged and acquisition finance. He advises domestic and international corporates, financial institutions and investment funds on the negotiation, structuring and documentation of financing transactions as well as on regulatory issues connected to the banking and finance sectors. Luca has also a good experience in real estate transactions acting for both borrowers (in particular real estate investment funds) and lenders.
