Practice Areas

Luca leads our Public, Administrative and Environmental Law team in Italy. He has gained significant experience advising domestic and international companies and financial institutions on administrative, environmental, real estate and energy law matters. This includes managing all public law-related aspects and possible litigation issues arising therefrom as well as dealing with the relevant public administration authorities in the context of complex deals across various industry sectors, including real estate, energy, waste management, industrial and manufacturing and life sciences. Luca also deals with all aspects related to the foreign direct investments regulation (so-called “golden power” legislation), assisting clients in the process of notification to the competent authority of transactions concerning sectors of national interest (such as defence, telecoms, financial infrastructures).
