Within dispute resolution, the partners Peter C. Kierkegaard and Lotte Noer have 15+ years of experience. They are backed by a team of attorneys and associate attorneys. The team conduct cases at all levels of the judicial system, including the Supreme Court.
When hired, we establish a strategy for the handling of the case, including a risk analysis, as well as an analysis of alternatives to court proceedings, e.g., possibilities of settlement or mediation. We assess the financial complications of initiating a lawsuit in relation to alternative solutions. Throughout the life of a matter, we continue to follow up on this to secure that the risk and the strategy is aligned. We use our knowledge on how to win a case to secure the client an attractive settlement where possible.
