Lorenzo de Martinis

Lorenzo de Martinis leads the Baker McKenzie Dispute Resolution Department in the Firm's Italy offices and he is a member of the Information Technology & Communications Practice Group.

Lorenzo assists domestic and multinational clients in technology related matters, transactional and contentious, particularly regarding mobile and IT multifunctional platforms, social media, trade secrets. Lorenzo is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars on technology law and professor from practice at the MBA programs of the University of Bologna and Bocconi University of Milan.

He acted as advisor to the EU Commission and authored the Study on trade secrets and confidential business information in the internal market, part of the impact assessment and preliminary works for the Trade Secrets Directive 2016/943.
