Career
Loïc Touranchet was sworn in on 24 February 2000. He practiced law for 6 years within the firm of of Barthélemy & Associés and had a hand in the creation of Actance.
He holds a Master’s degree in social law and a Master II as Business Attorney and has specialization certificates in labor law obtained from the Bar association as well as in social security and social protection law (since 2007),
He has been a senior lecturer at CIFFOP – Paris II Panthéon-Assas University since 2005.
Loïc has been a partner at Actance since 2008 where he heads a team of generalist lawyers specializing in social law.
He helps groups as part of collective bargaining (Annual Mandatory Negotiation, working time, GPEC (Jobs and Skills Forecast Management) and the management of high-risk cases in pretrial phases and litigation.
He has a wide-ranging experience in company restructurings, turnarounds and winding-up proceedings.
He also works with his team on collective and high-risk legal disputes
(co-employment, collective bonuses, disputes involving job saving plans (PSE).
He also works in the non-market sector.
