Loïc Héron joined MGG Legal as a partner in October 2014, merging his practice with that of Marijke Granier-Guillemarre.

Working equally fluently in French and English, Loïc has acquired extensive experience in corporate restructuring (e.g. reorganisations, business transfers, site closures, etc.) and labour relations in the context of such operations.

Loïc has also developed extensive experience in collective labour relations (elections, negotiations, consultations, etc.) and individual labour relations for specific profiles (e.g. protected employees, corporate officers, etc.).

His main clients operate in the industrial, transport, metallurgy, medical devices, IT, services and finance sectors.
