Lishi Fong

Lishi is the managing partner of our Singapore office, head of our Transactional team in Singapore, and a member of our Executive Committee. With a focus on fund management and corporate ventures, she provides strategic counsel to both financial institutions and corporations across various cross-border transactions. Her expertise encompasses intricate financing structures involving multiple tiers of creditors, distressed loan acquisitions and disposals, fund formation, as well as downstream advisory and investment activities.

In recent times, Lishi has actively engaged in the dynamic digital asset landscape, spearheading the launch of numerous open and closed-end cryptocurrency funds domiciled in the BVI and the Cayman Islands. These funds target investments in cutting-edge areas such as Web 3.0, cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and other virtual assets. Furthermore, she offers guidance to investors and founders involved in the establishment of virtual asset platforms and exchanges, along with investments into SAFEs, SAFTs, and other digital assets.

Lishi possesses fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, facilitating seamless communication and understanding across various business environments.
