Lisa Gora is a healthcare and corporate attorney at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Her healthcare practice focuses on the representation of alternate treatment centers, dispensaries, cultivators, hospitals, academic medical centers, mental health and substance use disorder treatment facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, management service organizations, nursing homes, medical practices, physicians as well as other healthcare professionals and entities. She regularly analyzes federal and state regulations. On the corporate side, Ms. Gora advises clients on transactional matters with respect to the formation and structure of healthcare entities, including joint ventures and affiliation agreements.
