Experience

Lindsay is a Senior Associate in our Private Client – Asset Protection and Tax team. She has a broad range of experience in all aspects of private client work, having specialised in this area for over 15 years.

She has particular expertise in advising high-net-worth individuals, families and entrepreneurs on the preparation of Wills, estate and business succession planning, executries (probate), trusts, inheritance tax and on adults with incapacity matters including powers of attorney and guardianships. Lindsay excels in communicating clearly and succinctly and is driven by a desire to deliver first class service in all that she does.

Lindsay is a qualified Trusts and Estates Practitioner with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is accredited as a Trusts Law specialist by the Law Society of Scotland, She has also been a tutor for the University of Glasgow’s Diploma in Legal Practice Private Client and Advanced Private Client courses and regularly presents to clients and other professionals on a variety of topics.
