Lindsay Gunia

Lindsay A. Gunia specializes in handling complex marital and family law matters for high-profile, high-income, and high-net-worth individuals. Lindsay’s experience includes handling the intricate preparation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, paternity issues, and dissolutions of marriage dealing with equitable distribution, business valuations, alimony, child support, and parental responsibility and timesharing. She is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator and is trained in Collaborative Family Law.

Prior to joining the Firm as a Shareholder, Lindsay was a partner at a boutique Miami family law firm and has practiced marital and family law exclusively for over 15 years. Lindsay has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® since 2023 and Florida Super Lawyers since 2022. Lindsay previously served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judith L. Kreeger, Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida and began her professional career in the financial services industry obtaining her series 7 and 63 licenses. Lindsay’s unique background further assists in her understanding of the financial concepts required to navigate the complex marital and family issues facing high-net-worth individuals.

Lindsay is a member of the Executive Council of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar and serves as chair and vice-chair of various committees of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. She has received a number of accolades for her work with the Family Law Section and frequently publishes and lectures on marital and family law topics to legal and other professional groups.
