Linda Morellini

Linda Morellini is a partner working at both Milan and Genoa offices.

She specialises in both contentious and non-contentious civil and commercial law and bankruptcy matters (insolvency, extraordinary administration, compulsory administrative liquidation), advising companies involved in bankruptcy procedures or compositions with creditors.

Since 2007 she has also assisted financial institutions in the banking-side of business crisis and insolvency law matters, and has successfully negotiated and managed various restructuring and recovery agreements with leading Italian companies.

After graduating cum laude from the Università di Genova in 1984, she collaborated with the Civil Procedure Law Department at the Università di Genova e di Milano and was a teaching assistant in civil law and insolvency matters with the Bankruptcy Law department at the Università di Genova. She was admitted to the Genoa Bar in 1986 and in 1992 she was admitted to practice before the Italian Court of Cassation.

Member of the Supervisory Committee of an administrative compulsory liquidation procedure.

She is the author of many publications and has participated as speaker at various conferences and seminars on bankruptcy proceedings and debt restructuring matters.
