Career

Leyla has developed her practice areas in corporate labor matters, collective bargaining, immigration law, labor audits and labor litigation. Leyla Alul is an associate lawyer of the Labour Area at Aninat Abogados, law firm in which she has been working since April 2020. She has previous experience in Aninat Schwencke & Cía, between September 2016 to March 2020.

She studied in Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2008 - 2013), and she has a Master in Labour Law in the same university.

Leyla has excellent legal analytical skills, and shows outstanding capacity to manage clients, study complex labour and judicial procedure issues, systemize them and apply them in the defense of the most complex judicial cases, having excellent results in Courts.

She has also an important experience with labour union topics applying the new legislation, such as in everyday strategies and in collective bargain processes, having participation in important ones with excellent results, such as Citröen Chile S.A.C.

In the corporate labor area, she has advised national and international clients operating in various sectors of the economy in all their ordinary and extraordinary matters, as well as participated in the preparation of due diligence and labor audits. In litigation, she is an active litigator in the Labor Courts and in Chile’s Superior Courts of Justice.
