His practice also includes advising on shareholder agreements, corporate governance, and commercial matters more broadly, as well as the drafting of contracts, legal memoranda, and legal opinions.

Career

Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) in 1990. Obtained a Master’s degree in Private and Economic Law from the same university in 2011. Founding partner of J.C.L. Telles Advocacia, where he has remained since its establishment in 1991. He currently leads the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Corporate/Commercial departments.
