Lee is a seasoned multi-disciplinary consultant with over 15 years of experience advising companies in special situations. As the lead of ICR’s Transformation, Restructuring & Bankruptcy communications advisory team, Lee has guided more than 100 distressed organizations, tackling financial, operational, and communication challenges head-on. His background includes 7 years as a journalist at Bloomberg LP, covering the restructuring space, and time serving as a Law Clerk in the United States Bankruptcy Court. He is admitted to the bar in New York and New Jersey, holding a JD from New York Law School and a BA from Wesleyan University.
