Personal

Laurent Fessmann co-heads the Funds & Asset Management team of the Baker McKenzie Luxembourg office and co-leads the global funds practice at Baker McKenzie accros the 75 offices. He holds a 25 year experience in business law and started his career in 1996 as in-house in a French CAC40 listed company, where he worked intensively on LBO transactions, capital markets and corporate law matters. Laurent joined a top ten Luxembourg business law firm, where he became the investment fund partner in 2008. He founded his own firm in August 2009 and co-established the Baker McKenzie Luxembourg office in 2010.
