Laurent Ruzette advises Belgian and foreign leading corporates and listed companies on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, business reorganizations, and corporate governance matters. Career

Laurent joined the firm in 1996, became counsel in 2004, and became a partner in 2012.

He holds the following degrees: LL.M. from Columbia Law School, Degree in Law from Economische Hogeschool Sint-Aloysius, Degree in European Law from Universiteit Leiden, and a Degree in Law from Université Catholique de Louvain.
