Ms. Hunt is a Partner of Osborne, Helman, Scott, Knisely & Stanton, LLP. Since 2007, she has focused her practice in the area of fiduciary litigation, primarily involving trusts, estates, family limited partnerships, powers of attorney, community property and financial account disputes.

Ms. Hunt currently serves as Treasurer of the Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law ("REPTL") section of the State Bar of Texas. She was a founding Board Member pf the Texas Real Estate & Probate Institute (“T-REP”), and was Chair or Co-Chair of the Estate and Trust Legislative Affairs Committee for T-REP during three legislative sessions, where she participated in the development and passage of new legislation related to the Texas Trust Code, the Texas Estates Code, and related practice areas. Ms. Hunt is a former Council Member and former Chair of the Fiduciary Litigation Committee of REPTL. She is a regular speaker and author on topics related to fiduciary litigation at Continuing Legal Education programs for other attorneys and professionals in her practice area.
