Laura Sylvester

Laura has extensive experience in catastrophic injury cases, with particular expertise in birth injury claims, alongside a broad range

of cases involving delayed diagnoses, surgical errors, and oncology issues. She also has a special interest in colorectal and

abdominal injury cases.

Highly skilled in handling fatal claims, Laura frequently represents families in the Coroner’s Court during inquest hearings. She is

sensitive to the emotional toll these cases take on clients and provides compassionate, supportive guidance through the legal

process while fully understanding their needs.

Laura acts for both children and adults from all walks of life and consistently receives high praise from clients, barristers, and
