Andrew has acted for clients across the entire field of medical negligence, but has a particular interest in cases involving birth and spinal injuries, neurological injuries, orthopaedic injuries, gynaecology, anaesthesia, management of diabetes and oncology.
Andrew has a particular interest in fatal claims, including representation at inquests where a death has arisen from medical negligence.
Career
Andrew trained at Parlett Kent Solicitors and qualified as a solicitor in September 2010. Andrew joined McMillan Williams (now Taylor Rose) in November 2013 and became a Partner within the Clinical Negligence Department in July 2018.
