Recognised in the legal directories as up and coming and a next generation partner, she is an experienced and trusted lawyer. Laura practices all aspects of commercial dispute resolution and advises on a wide spectrum of claims, the majority of which are high-value and often high-profile.

Recent highlights include acting for a market leading utilities broker in claims for secret commission. Laura acted for a group of minority shareholders in a £20M claim against international IT company for breach of investment agreement and unfair prejudice.

Laura acted for Defendants in claim brought by the Libyan Investment Authority, Libya’s sovereign wealth fund. The claim spanned from 2016 culminating in an 8-week high court trial in December 2022. The Defendants secured a resounding victory, with the dismissal of all claims and indemnity costs.
