Laura Ceccarelli–Le Guen co-hosts the Urban Planning activity within the Real Estate Division of DS Avocats. She assists public and private project developers in the regulatory setup of their development and infrastructure operations: project feasibility, evolution of urban planning rules, implementation of procedures (public participation procedures, right of initiative, environmental assessments, expropriation, preemption...), obtaining urban planning and environmental authorizations; management of litigation and negotiations.
She has developed particular expertise in optimizing and securing all procedures to be carried out for the realization of major development and infrastructure projects under the various applicable regulations (urban planning code, environmental code, expropriation code...).
She teaches urban planning law and litigation within the Master of Urban Planning at the Urban School of Sciences Po, where she is a member of the Educational Council. She conducts numerous training sessions on topics such as "Carrying out a large-scale real estate project; tools, methods, and procedures in urban planning law and environmental law," "The impacts of environmental reforms on real estate projects," "Successfully conducting an expropriation or preemption procedure," and regularly writes articles on environmental assessments.
