Lars has also experience with controlling prospectuses, listings and offer documents as lawyer at the Oslo Stock Exchange. He has for a number of years been ranked one of Norway’s leading capital markets lawyers by the most prominent ranking bureaus. Advising Infront ASA, the financial technology firm providing a modern and user-friendly information and trading terminal, headquartered i Oslo, Norway. The IPO is expected to consist of an issue of new shares to raise gross proceeds of approximately NOK 100 million and a secondary sale.
