He also has a wealth of experience in addressing transactional matters, including licensing, contracts, intellectual property portfolio management, opinion preparation for IP matters, and strategic planning for implementation of IP enforcement and related monetization. Larry’s representation of clients covers a wide range of technologies, including pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnology and life sciences, laboratory testing, electronic data storage, satellite transmission technology, medical devices, nutritional supplements, exercise equipment, blow-molded plastic products, and thin film deposition, among many others.

Larry has successfully managed intellectual property portfolios internationally, including enforcement and defense of infringement actions in the Pacific Rim, Europe and the United Kingdom. Additionally, Larry has successfully represented his clients throughout the appellate process, notching victories in multiple Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court.
