Career

Kuldip leads TLT’s Public Procurement Team and has over 20 years' experience of providing procurement advice to our public and private sector clients across a broad range of industry sectors, including central and local government, IT, education, health, housing, leisure, civic accommodation and outsourcing projects.

Kuldip provides strategic advice from initial procurement scoping through to contract close, including early market engagement, drafting tender documentation and scoring methodologies, conducting compliant evaluations, de-briefing bidders and raising or responding to procurement challenges. The depth of her experience means that she can identify issues early and employ complex problem-solving skills to devise bespoke strategies to mitigate both procurement and commercial risks.

She has a particular expertise in the establishment and use of PFI/PPPs, frameworks, outsourcing and joint venture arrangements.

Kuldip passed her LLM in Public Procurement Law and Policy (Nottingham Law School) with a distinction and is an executive committee member of the Procurement Lawyers Association.
