Kristine Ng is a Partner in our Property Dispute Resolution team.

A specialist property litigator advising and resolving a full range of contentious real estate disputes involving both residential and commercial property for both occupiers and Land owners through negotiation, mediation, or litigation.

Kristine provides strategic advice to clients that include property developers, corporate entities, charities, and not-for-profit organisations, local authorities, and individuals.

Kristine’s expertise covers business tenancy renewals, dilapidations, landlord and tenant disputes, adverse possession, boundary determination, trespass (injunctions), easements, leasehold enfranchisement, restrictive covenants affecting freehold land, and mortgage issues. She is skilled in resolving complex disputes through mediation, often involving multiple parties; she also deals with High Court and Tribunal work and trials.
