Kristine’s expertise covers business tenancy renewals, dilapidations, landlord and tenant disputes, adverse possession, boundary determination, trespass (injunctions), easements, leasehold enfranchisement, restrictive covenants affecting freehold land, and mortgage issues. She is skilled in resolving complex disputes through mediation, often involving multiple parties; she also deals with High Court and Tribunal work and trials.
