Kris Costello is the lead litigator at Costello Law Firm, PLLC. Kris represents individuals facing high stakes, complex and serious regulatory, civil, licensing and criminal investigations and litigation matters. Kris’ clients are professionals, business owners and corporate executives. Kris works with Federal, State, County and City government regulators, auditors, investigators and attorneys and knows how to handle these unique, difficult and highly consequential matters. Kris served as an Affiliate Instructor in the University of Washington School of Law’s Trial Advocacy Program from 2006‑2021. In 2022, she was appointed Affiliate Professor of Law to direct the 2023 Trial Advocacy I Program. Kris co‑leads the Women’s White Collar Defense Association’s Seattle Chapter and Global Small Firm Initiative.
