Kristin Roshelli is a partner in the firm's Houston Healthcare practice. Her practice focuses exclusively in the healthcare and life sciences industries. She represents a broad range of prominent healthcare clients including health systems, hospitals, academic medical centers, medical schools, physician groups, ambulatory surgical centers, and clinical laboratories. She also advises leading pharmaceutical companies in establishing their pharmaceutical supply chain networks, and routinely assists such clients in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supply chain contracts. Kristin regularly assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, affiliations, general health law questions, and complex corporate governance matters.

Prior to entering the legal field, Ms. Roshelli served as a nurse in the United States Air Force, worked in the general counsel’s office of a large academic medical center, and practiced as a registered nurse in a medical intensive care unit.
