Kristian Jåtog Trygstad

Kristian Jåtog Trygstad is one of the most experienced procurement lawyers in Norway, and he is recognized as one of the leading Norwegian experts. He was appointed as a member of the Norwegian Complaint Board, and he has repeatedly been ranked as an expert in various surveys.

Trygstad assists both public sector and tenderers in various matters concerning public procurement. He is involved in several large scale procurement processes, especially in the construction, pension, waste/recycling and ICT sectors.

Trygstad assists in matters both before and out of the court (including processes for the Complaints Board). He has extensive experience in cases before the court, and he has assisted in more than 500 procurement processes.

Trygstad regularly gives lectures about public procurement and other related subjects.
