Kornelia Nagy-Koppany over the years represented and advised multinational and international companies in the acquisition of Hungarian enterprises, advised investors on significant international transactions in the pharmaceutical, food, insurance, and telecommunication sectors, and assisted clients to establish and successfully operate Hungarian business ventures. Drawing on her U.S. education and work experience, Kornelia advised the Hungarian government on the preparation of the first free market economy bankruptcy code.
