Kirsten brings more than two decades of legal experience to her role as a senior partner in Gallagher’s Real Estate and Business Transactions Group. She joined the firm as a summer associate and over the span of more than 25 years has developed valuable and lasting relationships with clients who rely on her legal knowledge and adeptness for problem-solving. Kirsten, who serves as head of Gallagher's Transactions Group, primarily works with developers, owners, lenders and equity investors in residential, commercial and mixed-use real estate development projects. She works with clients on everything from land acquisition through development, construction, operation and disposition.
Kirsten represents borrowers and lenders in acquisition, development, construction, mezzanine and permanent financing transactions including transactions involving low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, and new market tax credits. She also represents developers and owners in the formation of condominium and homeowners associations.
