As an attorney in Gallagher’s Health Law Group, Alison keeps clients well-versed in regulatory, compliance, and other issues, helping them to navigate a constantly-evolving legal landscape. Alison’s work focuses on compliance and she regularly advises the firm’s hospital, nursing home, physician group, and other health law clients. She also advises the firm’s healthcare, educational, and nonprofit clients on commercial and municipal financing transactions, including tax-exempt bond financing to facilitate their strategic capital projects.
