Kim Roeder focuses on the healthcare sector, particularly with regard to compliance, investigations and transactions. As a partner in the Healthcare practice, she represents individual and institutional healthcare providers, along with suppliers, in a wide range of matters. Ms. Roeder advises healthcare suppliers and providers, including hospital systems, academic medical centers and physician practice groups, on implementing compliance programs as well as conducting compliance assessments and internal investigations.

Ms. Roeder frequently represents healthcare providers in responding to Department of Justice and Office of Inspector General investigations and qui tam actions, and in voluntary disclosures through agency programs.
