Kilian Perroulaz

Kilian Perroulaz is a partner (principal) of Baker McKenzie Switzerland AG where he focuses on the areas of tax and corporate advice, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and business restructurings. Kilian is the head of the Swiss tax practice group of Baker McKenzie Swiss offices. He advises and represents clients in midsize and large domestic and cross-border transactions and business restructurings providing corporate, tax planning and tax structuring advice and negotiating tax rulings. Kilian further represents clients in tax controversies (tax audits and tax litigation).
