Kieron leads Linklaters’ market-leading Middle East banking practice since 2012 before which he practiced in the London office of Linklaters. He advises on English and UAE law banking and finance matters.

Kieron has wide-ranging experience in Middle East and European syndicated and secured financings, debt restructuring, structured and acquisition finance. He enjoys acting on either side of the table, whether for investment and commercial banks, financial sponsors or corporations.

He has extensive experience in structuring and restructuring syndicated financings, acting for international investment and commercial banks, financial sponsors and large corporates.
