Kexin Li’s practice centers on antitrust and competition law in China, Japan, South Korea, the EU and a number of other jurisdictions, with a focus on Asia Pacific jurisdictions. She advises clients on multijurisdictional merger notifications in cross-border transactions, global antitrust investigations and other antitrust-related issues — particularly issues concerning intellectual property rights — arising from business operations. Ms. Li has more than 10 years of experience advising merger control and other antitrust-related issues in relation to the TMT industry.
