Kevin manages clients through the development stage and the lifespan of their businesses, from start-up (or acquisition) through to exit.
Kevin’s practice is diverse and is both transactional and advisory, advising on corporate, commercial and intellectual property matters.
Kevin has particular experience in the technology and creative sectors (particularly information technology (IT) and software), but he also has detailed experience in several other industry sectors including media, telecommunications, retail (particularly eCommerce), professional services, manufacturing and agriculture/farming.
Kevin has been with Warners for over 20 years, has been a partner since 2013 and has been a member of the firm’s Management Board since 2024.
