Kevin helps lead Brown Goldstein & Levy’s commercial litigation practice. He represents businesses and their stakeholders in a wide variety of matters including ownership disputes, breach of contract actions, and other complex litigation. While Kevin is always willing to take a case to trial, he also works with clients to resolve disputes outside the courtroom, when possible. In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Kevin represents individuals in civil rights litigation, employment disputes, personal injury matters as well as in federal and state criminal prosecutions and investigations.

Since joining BGL in 2013, Kevin has tried cases to verdict in state and federal court. He also represents clients in arbitrations and in contested hearings before administrative agencies. Kevin has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

Kevin is an Associate Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society established to reflect the new face of the American bar. Membership is limited to less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.
