Kevin is a highly experienced barrister who has successfully represented many businesses in tribunal, particularly defending complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims. He also represents businesses at the Employment Appeal Tribunal. He has expert knowledge in all areas of contentious and non contentious employment law and also specialises in complex investigations for clients.
Since being called to the Bar in 1996, Kevin has specialised solely in employment law. He spent many years in industry as in-house counsel, as well as private practice in the City advising mainly employers on a wide range of employment law and industrial relations matters and representing them at Tribunal across the country and also in the Employment Appeal Tribunal. He also worked with the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising where he was involved in lobbying the government on the TUPE Regulations, training and implementing best practice in the industry. He is a consulting barrister to the firm, providing expert advice and guidance as well as representing clients at Tribunal and the EAT.
