Kenneth Glasser

Kenneth S. Glasser is a partner of the law firm Gallet Dreyer & Berkey, LLP. He represents high-net-worth clients - both U.S.-born and foreign nationals - in complex matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, separation, asset and real property distribution, custody, support, and child protective proceedings. Mr. Glasser also negotiates and drafts prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements, and settlement agreements. He is a published author and frequently lectures or serves as a panelist on the subject of family law and trial practice at New York State Bar Association seminars. Mr. Glasser is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Prior to joining Gallet Dreyer & Berkey and his career in matrimonial and family law, Mr. Glasser served as a prosecutor with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office and as Deputy Bureau Chief of the Gang Bureau.
