Kenneth E. Lee has a wide-ranging complex litigation practice and is often retained by clients for particularly challenging litigation matters, investigations and crisis situations. Mr. Lee has acquired a reputation for developing creative strategies and solutions in complex disputes. The National Law Journal has written that he combines “a sense of credibility” with “zealous” advocacy.

A co-founder of the firm, Mr. Lee has handled matters involving securities, commodities, mergers and acquisitions, derivative and class actions, trade secrets, fiduciary duties, and SEC, FINRA, DOJ and internal investigations. He has served as lead counsel to investment banks, private equity and hedge funds, media companies, foreign sovereigns, Boards of Directors, Special Litigation Committees and bankruptcy Trustees. Mr. Lee has argued cases in numerous federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as in ICC and FINRA arbitrations.
