Partner Keith M. Pattiz has extensive experience in the areas of commercial leasing, financing, sales and acquisitions, hotel transactions, joint ventures and real estate workout matters. He has provided legal representation to a wide variety of clients, including major residential, office, hotel and shopping center developers, hotel operators, lending institutions, and US and non-US investors. Keith is head of the Firm’s Real Estate Group.
Keith has broad experience and is a recognized practitioner in the hospitality sector. He represents numerous owners, operators and developers in their acquisition development activity, financing management agreements, retail leasing and dispute resolution matters. For more than 10 years, Keith has moderated and been a panelist at the NYU International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference.
