Kay leads TLT’s corporate future energy team and is one of the UK’s leading corporate future energy lawyers with experience across all technologies including onshore and offshore wind, energy storage, solar, hydro, biomass and EVCI.

Kay has worked exclusively in the future energy sector for over 15 years having advised on some of the largest and most complex transactions the sector has seen. She specialises in the corporate aspects of future energy projects including advising on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, profit share arrangements and corporate structuring.

Kay has been recognised in The Lawyer as one of Europe’s Elite and Kay’s corporate future energy team was ranked as the second law firm globally in Clean Energy Pipeline 2023 league tables for the number of M&A deals undertaken in the clean energy sector.
