Kath has significantly contributed to and made a measurable impact on the recent UAE evolution and advancements in the field of private wealth management.

She has been one of the first non-Emirati individuals succeeding on the transfer of real estate properties in Dubai to Foundations in 2019, when the Dubai Land Department started accepting registering properties under Foundation structures, and is vastly considered as the market leader with respect to consolidation of UAE real estate under domestic fiduciary structures.

Kath is a regular co-host of M/HQ's weekly legacy planning-themed podcast series 'Foundation 101' which has become the regional benchmark in terms of legacy planning and asset protection content.

She also oversees M/HQ's vast and frequent array of publications - a market reference in the Middle East - including newsflashes, Op-Eds, factsheets, tutorial videos aimed at end-users, with updated information about private client related local legislations and their impact in practice.
