Kateřina is a member of the Czech Employment Lawyers Association (CzELA), the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and the Czech Society for Labour and Social Security Law.
Kateřina graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague, having completed both her master’s and doctoral (Ph.D.) studies there. She also studied at the Faculty of Law at the Technical University of Dresden. She is also active in publishing and lecturing. Since 2026, she has served as an assistant professor at the Department of Labor Law and Social Security Law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. Prior to that, she worked for several years at the Masaryk Institute of Advanced Studies at the Czech Technical University in Prague as an academic supervisor and instructor of the course Labor Law. She also serves as an associate judge in labor law disputes.
