Kate joined Nelsons as a Partner in January 2022 after 13 years with another local boutique firm. Her practice focuses primarily on insolvency, trusts and commercial litigation as well as matrimonial finance disputes, where her background in commercial and trust litigation provides high net worth individuals involved in matrimonial disputes with added value and confidence. She also regularly advises clients in all aspects of property law, including construction, insurance and strata disputes.
