Kasper Mortensen

Practice Areas

Kasper heads the firm’s construction and real property litigation department, and is a recognised disputes specialist with a wealth of expertise advising on disputes relating to the construction industry. He is also known for his experience in IT, infrastructure and energy litigation, for his track record handling complex procurements disputes and for his skill as an arbitrator.
