Kartik is a dual-qualified lawyer, admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales and the Republic of Ireland, and as an advocate in India. He has significant experience in sanctions and banking litigation and has represented clients in UK and European courts. He has also acted in many GAFTA and international arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, LMAA, and DIAC rules.
