Karolina Lapinskaitė is a Partner and Co-Head of the ESG Specialisation Group, with over 10 years of experience in banking and finance law. She specialises in asset management, investment services, capital markets, and derivatives, offering strategic legal counsel to both local and international clients in the financial sector. Karolina is particularly recognised for her expertise in developing ESG frameworks, guiding clients on licensing, business model structuring, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Throughout her career, Karolina has led numerous complex projects involving investment services disputes, asset management matters, and national and cross-border financing transactions. She supports financial institutions in compliance and governance matters and represents clients during inspections by the Bank of Lithuania and other regulatory bodies.
